Michele is a Woodstock, New Brunswick-based Registered Naturopathy with a Doctorate in Natural Medicine and multi-disciplinary practitioner dedicated to the art of holistic healing. By blending clinical expertise with an intuitive approach, she offers a comprehensive range of therapies including TCM Acupuncture, Advanced Bowen Therapy, Aruyvadic Treatments, Restorative Services, Cranial Sacral Therapy, and Lymphatic Drainage Massage.

With a diverse background that also encompasses Homeopathy, Bach Flower Remedies and Natural Medicine, Michele utilizes a sophisticated, integrative approach to wellness. She works across the physical, emotional, and energetic bodies to resolve imbalances at their source. Welcome to Vitality Day Spa. My journey into holistic health began in nursing, where I developed a deep appreciation for the human body's intricate systems. Over the past three decades, that path evolved into a dedicated clinical practice blending structural bodywork with energetic alchemy.

As a Registered Massage Therapist, Naturopathic Doctor, and Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncturist, I look at wellness through a fully integrated lens. I treat the physical body while honoring the subtle energetic rivers that run beneath it.

Whether through the gentle, rhythmic release of Craniosacral Therapy, the ancient lineage of Indian Head Massage, or the cellular resonance of Sound Healing, my goal is to hold space for you to step away from the noise of daily life and return home to yourself.
